Italian term or phrase: Panini e focaccine

Dear colleagues,
a friend of mine has recently reopened his sandwich bar in Liguria after a long disease and I’m trying to help him translate his menu into English.
Unfortunately I’m not an expert in this field. In particular, I was wondering about how to translate the "title" of the menu: panini e focaccine. Actually, they are sandwiches that can be made of "normal" bread or focaccia bread and can have a range of fillings (ham, cheese ecc.). Moreover, “focaccine” doesn’t mean they are small...
Do you think the following solution could be ok?

Sandwiches (available with bread or focaccia)

This is a heading that a native English speaker would recognise. You could add a description of the rolls, such as "standard or focaccia", if they cannot be seen by the customers.

Fair comment, EleoE. Dry-cured or air-cured would be preferable to aged, I think.

Prosciutto crudo is definitely not dry, so I wouldn't say air-dried. Aged or air/dry-cured ham could be good options.

Instead of "raw and cooked ham", you could say "prosciutto (air-dried ham) and ham". That way both native and non-native English speakers will understand.

Sono d'accordo con Tomasso: non scrivere raw ham, potrebbe venir frainteso. I prosciutti crudi tipicamente italiani o spagnoli come Parma, San Daniele, oppure Serrano, Pata Negra, in genere non vengono tradotti e restano rispettivamente prosciutto e jamón. Buona domenica e buon lavoro!

La palabra Bratwurst es bien conocide en EEUU, pero no en Costa Rica, donde hay duda entre Salchicha, Mortalela . el vocabulario es importante.

suggerimento, eviterei le parole CRUDO e SALAME, Raw suggest danger to health and salame, pobreza, poverty.

l'unico dubbio riguardo a "prosciutto cotto e crudo" è che il menu inglese forse viene letto anche da turisti che non sono madrelingua inglese... dunque forse esplicitare "raw and cooked ham" potrebbe aiutarli a comprendere il significato... magari potrei comunque mettere prosciutto e tra parentesi (raw ham) ...
Non è proprio il mio campo... lo faccio "pro bono" per un amico in difficoltà, ma spero di non combinare troppi disastri!!

Io direi bread or focaccia sandwiches, ma aspetta i consigli dei madrelingua.
Tieni presente che il prosciutto cotto in inglese è ham, mentre il prosciutto crudo è prosciutto. Cooked ham non ha senso in un menu in inglese.

In Uk they generally know what panini are - and use the cringeworthy "one panini, two paninis" - and also focacce - I think if you just add a sandwiches to it, the rest will be obvious. Any attempt to translate sounds a bit clunky to me

Io non sapevo la differenza tra i tipi di prosciutto, quello è il bratwurst? oppure qui si dice salsiccia estiva summer sausage.
