direitos reais
interests

Explanation:
Under common law, "direitos reais" are more widely known as "interests".

Ius in re, or jus in re, under civil law, more commonly referred to as a real right or right in rem, is a right in property, known as an interest under common law.

Interest
[probably alteration of earlier interesse, from Anglo-French, from Medieval Latin, from Latin, to be between, make a difference, concern, from inter- between, among + esse to be]
1 : a right, title, claim, or share in property

The 2002 Act decreases from four to just two the entries that can be made for the protection of third party interests over registered land. https://learninglink.oup.com/access/content/propertylaw20-21...

A common theme in these disputes is board members serving their own interests or a third party's interests over those of the company. https://www.kkf-attorneys.com/blog/2021/01/what-is-a-breach-...

neutral  Mark Robertson: 1. The Wikipedia reference is misleading. An interest is any property right or claim, to anything. See Blacks, 11th Ed, p. 968. 2. So why does Blacks say the opposite!?

-> The Wikipedia article is based on Blacks. I provided an additional reference!. See Phil's comment below.

agree  philgoddard: We've had this many times before, and opinions are always divided, but I prefer this simpler translation. Most people won't understand "real rights".
1 hr
-> You bet. Thank you, Phil.

neutral  Adrian MM.: interests can also be personal as well as in rem.

Reference information:
Do Dicionário do Marcílio:

“#direito real | real right; interest (in property); property right.

Nota sobre a tradução de direito real:

(...)

Pode-se traduzir ‘direito real’ por ‘real right’, expressão típica do civil law. Esta é a expressão utilizada pelo Civil Code do Estado da Louisiana e consta no Black’s Law Dictionary 8th edition, page 1348: ‘real right (is) a right that is connected with a thing rather than a person. Real rights include ownerhsip, use, habitation, usufruct, predial servitude, pledge, and real mortgage’.
Todavia, o termo do common law que mais se aproxima de ‘direito real’ é ‘interest’. Vide Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary of Law, page 255: ‘Interest (is) a right, title, claim or share in property’.

(...)

Já os ‘direitos reais sobre propriedade alheia’, que são o usufruto, as servidões e a enfiteuse, entre outros, podem ser traduzidos por ‘interest in the property of another’ ou simplesmente ‘interest’, por exemplo:
- ‘o terceiro tinha um direito real sobre a sua casa”  “the third party had an interest in his house’.
Note que essa versão é muito mais natural que ‘a third party had a real right on his apartment’. Isso porque o termo ‘interest’ é utilizado em todo os EUA, ao passo que ‘real right’ é um termo específico do estado do civil law, utilizado apenas no estado da Louisiana.”
