Não sei bem se "o sujo falando do mal lavado" seria aplicado ao caso, mas whataboutism é o ato de justificar um ato/fala pegando como exemplo um ato/fala de outro.

Um exemplo seria uma pessoa branca mudando o foco de uma conversa sobre violência policial contra negros utilizando o argumento de "muitas pessoas brancas são vítimas da mesma coisa".
