disagree  Dominique Stiver: solidarity était certes pratique et s'intégrait bien dans la liste, mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il s'agissait d'une société qui produisait des biens et qu'elle souhaitait mettre en avant son engagement solidaire.

neutral  Julie Barber: This is definitely the meaning of solidaire here, but I don't think that it works in English

agree  Julie Barber: I think that simply "Social Responsibility" might work here. Considering the type of company described, it might be best to avoid the word corporate even if it all amounts to the same thing

joint show of social commitment

Explanation:
In the context, there is a joint show of commitment to the green cause shown by the customer in purchasing the company's eco-friendly products and by the company in donating 5% of its sales.

neutral  Julie Barber: "solidaire" here isn't joint it's solidarity towards the local community or towards groups. Simply "Social Commitment" could work well

Also plenty of internet search results when you search with the two terms together.

There may be a better way of translating the term, though.

I've just realised that you have "socially responsible" in the text of your question...well, that's what it seems to be!

The problem is, for me, that there's a different between showing solidarity and being charitable.

So maybe:

Committed to helping people

Helping people

And social enterprise maybe comes into it.

Definition (Cambridge Dict.): an organization that aims to make money in order to serve a useful social purpose: By selling goods and services in the open market, social enterprises create employment and reinvest their profits back into their business or the local community.

Maybe "A socially-responsible enterprise".

I now think that "socially responsible" means a neutral affect on society, whereas this organisation is claiming a positive effect, so I would now go for:

Social solidarity

For example, Emmaüs employs people who have been affected by homelessness, it would be a good example.

Definition:

Social solidarity emphasizes the interdependence between individuals in a society, which allows individuals to feel that they can enhance the lives of others. It is a core principle of collective action and is founded on shared values and beliefs among different groups in society.
