Por otro lado, en mi trabajo la relación entre el ***soporte*** y la marca, a menudo se sitúan en el centro del discurso, donde***el soporte*** determina la naturaleza de la marca, el tiempo necesario para dejar huella. El dibujo se extiende en el tiempo, sirve de unidad temporal de medida, se torna en una herramienta para la memoria. Esta relación entre el ***soporte*** y la marca abre la puerta a conceptos tales como la autoría de la obra, el dibujo como acción pasiva, la grabación de imágenes o su necesaria fragmentación.

Gemeint ist der Ort, wo das Kunstwerk "stattfindet", das kann alles Mögliche sein, weshalb Oberfläche oder Unterlage (meine ersten Gedanken) nicht befriedigen. Im speziellen Fall kann das auch z. B. eine Vase sein oder eine Hausmauer, Haut, Kleid etc.
