French term or phrase: Département Organisation
This appears in an employee handbook from a Belgian company. All notices and procedures etc are given to or conducted by the "département Organisation". Could this be the HR Department ? Any ideas how this is normally translated for Belgian companies?

Explanation:
A literal translation works perfectly well, and I think trying to find another name just confuses things.
