Estoy traduciendo una app de un banco y aparece en un item el concepto "consulta ordenante". Lamentablemente, por tratarse de un listado, no tengo más que el concepto solo. Muchas gracias a todos por su ayuda.

initial query
I'm thinking that maybe they mean the first query (action taken by the user in the bank app) that initiates (requests/orders/serves as a command to initiate) a process in the bank's database to produce an output (results).

: It may well be an initial query but that isn't what "ordenante" means, so this is an assumption

PAYER QUERY
OR "Originator query"...
"Ordenante" means the person placing an order. Linguee suggests "Payer", which is not always correct, as the order placer can be an intermediary that is not responsible for the final payment. It also suggests "originator"...
I ran a Google search to check the frequency of use -"Payer query" gets 11,600 hits
"Originator query" gets only 1480 hits, but with some convincing examples of use, e.g. "Originator query. The Originator query will open a selection screen..."

Rather than placing an order for goods, "Ordenante" in this context probably refers to the person issuing a standing order (direct debit) for payment, in which case "Issuer query"might be more appropriate.

sender's request
Entiendo que se refiere a "consulta DEL ordenante".
Sin más contexto, lo más general me parece "sender" (podría ser "issuer", también).
