underground olive press of exceptional historic interest and old-world charm Explanation: ipogeo = underground Subject to the approval of your client I think you can justify adding a few words to the translation, to describe what's on offer. Once you have their OK, go beyond translation and do a little spot of copy-writing! If it isn't unique it's certainly very unusual and it looks like a really nice place to visit. If you or they don't want to add that many words, then "historic underground olive press" would be OK. |
