Polish to English Social Sciences History
The text is a history book on the Order of Malta, and the passage in question is a list of places and institutions located on Malta and the surrounding islands.

One of these is:
2 trybunały sądowe naywyższe; y iedna Stolica Sądowa Poborowa.

"Stolica Sądowa" may be "Sedes Judiciaria" or "judicial seat" ... ?
