"Pracownik oświadcza, iż przyjął do wiadomości, że zobowiązany jest do sprawowania pieczy nad powierzonym mu mieniem (...) rozliczenia się z powierzonego mienia oraz wyrównania wszelkich szkód powstałych w mieniu powierzonym, wynikłych z winy Pracownika.

Pracownik zobowiązuje się do zwrotu powierzonego mienia niezwłocznie, nie później niż tego samego dnia roboczego, na każde żądanie Pracodawcy (...)."

Wiem, że to pytanie już się pojawiło i odpowiedzią było wtedy "return"

Moje pytanie wynika z tego, że o zwrocie jest ponownie mowa w dalszej części.
Czy nadal lepiej jest pozostawić "return" w obu przypadkach, czy istnieje może jakiś odpowiedni synonim?
