Środowisko skonteneryzowane to 'container-based environment' lub 'containerised environment', ale z opiekunem mam problem -- chodzi o ludzi, którzy się nimi opiekują? W zasadzie można by chyba dać 'managers' -- po angielsku dotyczy zarówno ludzi, jak i aplikacji. :)
