Portuguese term or phrase: Jogos Corporais
It is the name of an artistic discipline with applications in the area of health.
The whole name is:Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu em Conscientização do Movimento
e Jogos Corporais
It is in the context of a department for higher education in dance studies and somatic practices.
Brazilian Portuguese. Target audience: students and professionals in performing arts and health practices.
I am considering the translation "corporeal play", but I am not really convinced by that.
Knowing this discipline, I can say that the wording "jogos" was chosen to denote the idea
of playfulness, like children play. I want to avoid the other possible denotation "games", which associates with
competition and manipulation: playing games, a game of football.

I don't know if this is possible, but I am looking for a translation that transmits the idea
that it is about playfulness, rather than about winning.

Thanks.

Physical Play
Explanation:
I think "physical" is a more common term for "corporal" in English. "Physical play" is a common term in the area of motor skill development and physiotherapy.

Yes, it is actually an academic discipline: https://www.journalofplay.org/issues/1/1/article/play-theory-personal-journey-and-new-thoughts.
I knew there was Game theory, and there is also Play Theory!
Thanks for the suggestion!.

corporal games

Explanation:
I found this reference, have a look. It's from a Brazilian university:

"The research was developed using two groups of adult collaborators participants that experienced different approaches of corporal games, and it allowed the application of the methodology in dance in two different contexts."

"A pesquisa foi desenvolvida utilizando-se dois grupos de participantes colaboradores adultos que experienciaram diferentes abordagens de jogos corporais e isto permitiu a aplicação da metodologia em dança em dois contextos diferentes."

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you. The reason I opted for corporeal and not corporal is this article in Merriam-Webster dictionary : https://www.merriam-webster.com/words-at-play/corporal-and-corporeal-which-one-hurts-more So, corporeal games perhaps?

jogos corporais
games of body language

Explanation:
Just a hunch, based on this explanation:

"Children can enter kindergarten from two years of age, following various formulas available : half days, one or two days per week, etc., according to the parents' wishes and the level of the child. The preschool objectives are the acquisition and development of abilities which prepare them for further learning. Thus, psychomotor games of body language, the use of children's songs in rounds, or chanted nursery rhymes develop the perception of rhythm and prepare for language. The premathematic initiation of algorithms, the selection or classification by forms, colors or quantities contribute to the development of logical operations as well as reading" (emphasis added). - https://bruckhof.pagesperso-orange.fr/ecole/fr_ecoleGB.html
