It is important to spend some time to validate messages (clear scripts) between the partners and the target population, including [some] advertising components for the solutions [offered by] the alliance. Subsequently, it would make sense broadcasting some of these messages in local radio stations.
Estoy más que consciente que el significado de "hace sentido" (que no tiene mucho sentido, o más bien que no se usa) en español es el equivalente de "make sense"; sin embargo, considero que probablemente se pueda reemplazar por un término más adecuado.
