portafolios / archivador
I would translate it as "carpeta", but there are terms that the Diccionario de Sinónimos de Espasa Calpe gives as synonyms: portafolios and archivador.
Good luck,

cuadernillo
CUADERNILLO COULD BE ANOTHER OPTION, BUT WE COULD FIND A MORE ACCURATE TERM IF YOU PROVIDE MORE CONTEXT.

carpeta / fólder
The Royal Spanish Academy (RAE) dictionary includes fólder, so I'd suggest you translate binder as carpeta and folder as fólder. Good luck
RAE
fólder.
(Del ingl. folder).
1. m. Am. carpeta (ǁ cubierta con que se resguardan los legajos).

archivador
In Spain we call it "archivador", not carpeta.

Excuse me for not knowing how to answer on the top box. In Spain, as I told you, carpeta is the translation of \"folder\" and \"archivador\" the translation of binder. 100% per cent sure.

Excuse me again, but for Spain and some Latin American countries, do not use \"carpeta de argollas\", please.
