  -> "...establece la forma de la solicitud de vacaciones". This is called "vacation bid" in USA. Employyes bid for their vacation time in the begining of the year in accordance with their rank, years in service, etc. There are thousands Web hits for it
disagree  tazdog (X): that may work for "solicitud" but not for "prima"
