ce qui conduit à quelque chose comme "Une première distribution intermédiaire en espèces [numéraire] de la participation de la Société dans la propriété située au..., équivalente à une distribution de 0 € par [action][part] ordinaire, soit 00 € chacune."
1. Distribution des réalisations = distribution du produit d'une vente. 2. Comme une même part/action ne peut avoir deux valeurs à la fois, il est permis de croire que "chacune" renvoie à "distribution". 3. Specie : espèces; monnaie ayant cours légal - Termium, thelawdictionary.com, www.collinsdictionary.com; 4. En lisant cette phrase comme d'autres au fil des questions posées, on constate que le texte n'est pas du meilleur cru; dès lors, il n'est pas exclu qu'on aurait dû lire "in species", ce qui clarifierait certainement le fait qu'il s'agit d'espèces.
Lat. species : la vue, le regard. Une chose in specie est une chose telle qu'on la voit; c'est le bien lui-même, tel qu'il est visible, en tout ou en partie.
