I'm translating a Mexican birth certificate and it states "Rectificación de Acta Exp. No 655/2002. Resolución,. Segundo.- con base en los artículos 848 y 849 del Codigo Civil," given the lack of full sentences, I'm uncertain as to how to translate this text. My attempt: "Correction to Certificate, File No. 655/2002. Resolution. Second - based on Articles 848 and 849 of the Civil Code,".

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
