This article happens to be about incontinence (but I don't think that's relevant here), and it's divided into two sections: first, a short paragraph headed 'Perex', and then a longer section headed 'Telo článku'. I don't know where this word 'perex' comes from (is it a printer's term? a blogging term?). Does it mean an introductory section?

Per extensum (lat.) alebo perex je v typografii textová časť sadzby (resp. spôsob sadzby) výnimočne sádzaná na celú šírku stránky medzi sadzbou členenou do viac stĺpcov. Týka sa najmä nadpisov a úvodov článkov v novinách.
