medio fehaciente en los glosarios aparece como reasonable means (of communication?) pero estoy teniendo problemas para traducir toda la frase.

Solicita también que se habilite la posibilidad de recurrir a cualquier medio fehaciente de comunicación a los fines de notificar el ordenamiento de la medida.

Agradezco también si me ayudan con "ordenamiento de la medida".
