This is the entirety of the "Insolvabilité" section of the Terms of Sale of a Swiss wine company. I was thinking of leaving the first bit out and just saying, "In the event of insolvency, bankruptcy...." But am concerned that that might not carry the full meaning ? Any comments welcome.
