So, as I understand it, at the time and on the date that the de "Diarios opened" in the (Companies) Registry there were no subsisting entries affecting presentation of documents.

I'm guessing that "diarios" here would be translated as (official) gazette or journal, but my question is whether I can translate "apertura" here as "published" - "On the date that the official gazette was published by the Companies Registry...", in the sense of an announce being published on the BORME (Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil)
