Probably a really easy one, but I just cannot work it out in this context.

From a medical report of a young child admitted for gene therapy, with a diagnosis of X-linked chronic granulomatous disease. It is a sub-heading:

The main heading is:

Principales complications et mots clés thérapeutiques.

Then the sub-headings are:

Sur le plan infectieux
Sur le plan immunologique
***Sur le plan toxique***
Sur le plan digestif
Sur le plan psychologique

Under 'Sur le plan toxique' it says:

- Mucite grade III traité par PCA de morphine jusqu'au XX/XX
- Pas de MVO. Prophylaxie par XXXXX.
- HTA stable sous XXX et XXX. Arrêt du XXX le XX/XX avec TA stable.

It just seems a strange heading to me. I am sure that someone will enlighten me though! :)
