Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Power of Attorney

Hello. I am proofreading a legal document from Spanish to English.

The context is a power of attorney certificate in CALVIÁ.

Paragraph:
"FACULTADES: Con relacián exclusivamente a la cuenta
bancaria nümero X que tiene abierta a su nombre la poderdante en Malta, con la entidad
“BANK OF C”, pueda continuar dicha cuenta,
gestionarla, liquidarla y, en su caso, cancelarla; dis
poner en efectivo, por medio de transferencia o letras de cambio del todo o parte del
dinero existente en ella, y del que sea titular la poderdante, dando las ordenes precisas"

The translator has written the following:
"POWERS: Relating exclusively to bank account number X which the grantor has with the entity “BANK OF C” in Malta, the power to continue to operate said account, manage the same, clear the account and as appropriate cancel the same, to withdraw cash through means of transfer, or cheque, or letters of exchange, all or part of the money which exists in the grantor’s account, based on the necessary instructions"

Is the original a mistake (should it be "dado") and can "pueda" be accurately translated as "the power to" in this context? I do not wish to 'correct' things which do not need changing.
