La transmission des parts s'opère par un acte authentique ou ***sous signatures privées***.
Pour être opposable à la Société, elle doit lui être signifiée ou être acceptée par elle dans un acte notarié.
Toutefois, la signification peut être remplacée par le dépôt d'un original de l'acte de cession au siège social contre remise par la Gérance d'une attestation de ce dépôt.
La cession n'est opposable aux tiers qu'après l'accomplissement de ces formalités et, en outre, après publicité au Registre du Commerce.
