The Company, by its acceptance hereof, and subject to effective certification of the technical staff of Distributor in accordance with the Distributor Agreement, agrees to provide Maintenance Services for the Equipment listed in Attachment 1 in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the present agreement (“Agreement”): All other terms and conditions of the Distributor Agreement remain unchanged, except to the extent supplemented by the term of the present Agreement.
