Explanation:
Secondo me si rimanda ad una esposizione precedente della propria qualità di ? = es. consulenti, investigatori, ufficio del registro, agenzia delle entrate, ecc.
In questo caso "déclinée" sarebbe da intendersi come "avendo esposto più sopra la nostra qualità di ...., siamo in grado di identificare il Sig. xxxx come residente nell'immobile di proprietà del Sig. yyyy".
