I overlooked the "einbezogener" bit of your sentence at first, since you wrote in fluent German - which is more that I can say about the creator of the source document.

I'll make some additional notes:

liegt = usually liegt vor or liegt begründet

ersichtlich = probably refers back to an explanation already given (hence, as shown or as explained)

subjektive Möglichkeiten = as the defendant sees fit

Vereinbarung einer = Vereinbarung auf eine = agreement on (my question to Michael, why we would have to insert more words here than needed)

ein auf der = eine auf der = Now, that's tricky, because it is actually supposed to be an ellipsis(!) to avoid having to repeat "Vereinbarung."

See the sentence again:

The "bezogener" is as odd as the "ein" - you may be able to clarify, Sabina, by giving us the sentence before that.

allenfalls = if at all; "rather" is a bit weak.

There may be one little word missing (vorliegen is the verb, actually) and a letter:

In short: As shown, this represents no agreement on a specific cleanroom [one word] class based on ISO standards, but if at all, it establishes an agreement based on the defendant's subjective view of cleanroom capabilities in a building [or similar] inspected by the plaintiff.
