Mam problem z tym zdaniem. Nie do konca potrafię je przetłumaczyć. Prosze o pomoc!

"Producent posiada doświadczenie i wiedzę w zakresie projektowania i wytwarzania towarów, stanowiących przedmiot działalności Klienta, a Klient, w oparciu o takie zapewnienie, zamierza rozpocząć współpracę z Producentem w zakresie produkcji i dostaw takich towarów, zaś Producent wyraża zainteresowanie produkowaniem i dostarczaniem takich towarów Klientowi, na warunkach określonych w niniejszej Umowie."

Dziękuję bardzo za pomoc i poświęcony mi czas! tak rozumię że nikt za mnie nie zrobi tutaj całego tłumaczenia :) myślę że na przyszłość wezmę pod uwagę współpracę z native speakerem. Jeszcze raz dziękuję!

Myślę, że powyższe wygładza nieco Twoją wersję. Natomiast ta forma pomocy ma charakter wyjątkowy i raczej jednorazowy. Gdy w zapytaniu KudoZ pojawia się słowo "zdanie", to pytającemu raczej chodzi o wyjaśnienie jakiejś zakręconej konstrukcji w jego obrębie, a nie poprawkę całości. W takich wypadkach radziłbym współpracę np. z native speakerem... A jak się umówicie co do wynagrodzenia, to już Wasza sprawa. Pozdrawiam.

przetłumaczyłam to tak.. ale szczerze mówiąc nie jestem do tego przekonana

Rada: nikt (prawie) na pewno nie przetłumaczy tego całego zdania za Ciebie. Tak KudoZ nie działa. Sugeruję albo, byś sprecyzowała, z którymi konkretnie miejscami nasz kłopot, albo zaproponowała swoją wersję, którą spróbujemy wspólnymi siłami wygładzić. Powodzenia :)
