Left and right heart catheterization was performed. Fluoroscopy showed the main body of the bullet and metallic fragments projecting in the left anterior chest wall, in the vicinity of the coronary sinus and the aortic valve; normal epicardial coronary arteries were seen (Figs. 2 and 3). Aortography revealed moderate aortic insufficiency and a sinus of Valsalva aneurysm that had ruptured into the right atrium (RA). Right heart catheterization showed a step-up in the oxygen saturation from the inferior vena cava and pulmonary artery (inferior vena cava, 45%; superior vena cava, 38.2%; RA, 71.9%; pulmonary artery, 70%). ja nie jestem specjalistą, i choć coś mi tu nie niezbyt pachnie, pozostawię ocenę tej odpowiedzi specjalistom od medycyny ....
