El proximo año se priorizarán los productos de fortalecimiento de capacidades en los socios comunitarios, específicamente capacitaciones sobre marcos legales, uso de sistemas de referencia y contrareferencia, sistema de monitoreo comunitario.
El siguiente año se iniciará la habilitación de medios en todos los proyectos con la finalidad de prepararlos para la siguiente fase del programa.
No sé si "provision of means" sería demasido ambiguo?
