As far as translating these terms is concerned I don't think you've any choice but to do it literally, as Neil has suggested: just call them Class A invoices and Class B invoices.

If you're interested, and want to add an explanation, you can say that:

Class A invoices are issued by a "responsable inscripto" (i.e., a business or a self-employed person registered as an R.I.) to another R.I. R.I. is approximately equivalent to what we would call VAT registered in the UK, though strictly speaking it doesn't only affect IVA (VAT).

Class B invoices are issued by an R.I. to a non-R.I. (end consumer, exento [VAT-exempt taxpayer], monotributista [single/simplified system taxpayer], unclassified person).

Class C invoices are issued by a non-R.I.

Class E is for export invoices issued by any kind of Argentine taxpayer.

Finance and accounting is a complicated field best left to experts. Yesterday I spent half an hour searching for a definitive definition of "financial entity"... and I'm still not 100% sure if I chose the best term.
