Explanation:
I presume Kazakhstan is following the model of the Russian Pharmacopoeia, which lists the edition number as a Roman numeral as was done here. Most of the time these days I see ГФ XI and ГФ XII for the Russian one...of course, the Kazakh one is pretty new.
