I think for once 'dynamic' (used here as an adjective) is OK for 'dynamique' — it is above all when the latter appears as a noun that it requires special care.

However, I am concerned that your proposed translation appears to show that you have misunderstood the overall meaning of the sentence — indeed, it looks as though you may be parsing it wrongly in the first place.

As there is no conjugated verb in this sentence as given, can you please explain what precedes it to justify the sentence's starting with this infinitive?
