I am translating a medical report on an elderly suffering from a host of different maladies.

I am uncertain as to how to best translate this deceptively simple phrase in English:
à la biologie

Here is where the phrase appears:

Dénutrition protéino-calorique à la biologie, à surveiller. Régime enrichi à continuer. Poursuite du SNO et des suppléments nutritionnels oraux 2 x/jour.
