I authorize UBS to accept any checks or other negotiable instruments payable to me and signed in the name of said business for deposit to the credit of my individual account(s) (including accounts for which I am a joint tenant, custodian or trustee) without limit as to amount of further inquiry and without liability on the part of UBS
