คำพิพากษาตามยอม คือ คำพิพากษาของศาลตามที่คู่ความตกลงประนีประนอมยอมความกัน การประนีประนอมยอมความตามกฎหมายไทย ทำได้แต่เฉพาะในคดีแพ่งเท่านั้น
ดังนั้น คำที่จะตรงกับกฎหมายไทย คือ consent judgement
ส่วนคำว่า consent decree เป็นการประนีประนอมยอมความทั้งในทางแพ่งและทางอาญา ซึ่งในบางประเทศ เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกา จำเลยสามารถทำความตกลงเพื่อขอยุติคดีหรือข้อกล่าวหาได้
