I'd like to ask for help with translation of "Global Mobility"

I have a list of job positions like:
- GM CEO
- GM Coordinator
- GM Manager

And then a list of benefits like:
- Global Mobility Hardship Allowance
- Global Mobility Transition Pay

GM is a function that has sub-function.

"Глобальная мобильность" may be used to translate the department name but I do not feel good about using it in job positions. Do you have any ideas on how to translate the phrase?
I've also thought about "иностранные сотрудники" but I also have "Expatriates" in the text.

Все же здесь речь идет не о должности, как таковой, а о готовности компании участвовать в решении сложностей, возникающих для тех сотрудников, кому необходимо переехать, в случае получения должности. В данном случае, компания готова взять на себя расходы, независимо от того, откуда переедет нужный им кандидат.
