agree  Joseph Tein: I like Progress Report. Explanation: "evolutivo" has to do with progress/course; "resumen" can easily be translated as "report". I think we would find progress report more often than "summary".

To me, this reflects the meaning a little better. I understand this to be a summary presented to an outside person, not a physician familiar with the case. 'Progress report' could be understood to mean to progress since the last report, with less focus on overall evolution of the case.
