Hi all,
This is from Barcelona, hence the mixed Catalan/Castallan. To US English please.
Taken from a rather poor photocopy, it comes in a list after "reason for request" (examination, but I can't determine from the short-hand, possible Catalan and bad photocopy what type it is yet).
"Motor function impairments: ATAXIA, TREMORS, etc. ALTRES ALTERACIONES DE LA MARXA¦ LA COORDINACIO" is how it appears, with the dodgy line " ¦ " after "MARXA" and before "LA"

: This is how I'd normally translate it, and marcha does indeed mean gait in a medical sense. But the previous items in the list are disorders of movement, not of gait.

Other movement disorders
Marxa (or "marcha") here refers to the patient's movement. All the other examples you cited were disorders of a normal person's movement (twitches, etc).

Discussion
I've suggested to MPGS that "gait" is more correct (more standard usage). With the word "coordination" and your dodgy line, I'd write the whole thing as "Other gait/coordination disorders."
