Hola, Inés. Yo creo que, en este contexto, "number" se refiere a número pero de baile, etc. (del OED: A song, dance, piece of music, etc., especially one of several in a performance: 'they go from one melodious number to another'). En ese sentido, lo traduciría como: ¿Sabes lo que tienes que hacer?

Tú, al tener más contexto puedes determinar lo óptimo, como te digo, yo me decantaría entre “estadísticas” y “cuotas”...

The little I know about marketing, "numbers" are "quotas" if you will. The numbers are set for each team member and is more an expectation, per se, rather than a fixed number. Numbers are set, and reaching or exceeding these "numbers" (goals/ideals), incentives are usually handed out.
An example that comes to mind is the "Avon" sales representative:
