This phrase throws me off a bit, but here goes the whole sentence (I think there some missing commas):

Además de declarar los comparecientes que el objeto social que desarrollará la sociedad de mérito no se encuentra dentro de aquellas actividades con regulación especial en términos del ordenamiento legal antes invocado o de cualquier otra disposición legal

My try:
in addition to the appearing parties declaring that the corporate purpose, which is to be developed with value by the company, it does not entail those activities with special regulations pursuant to the terms of the set of laws before an invoked statue or any other law.

This is in regards to a company to be legally incorporated, so I understand "mérito" in this context to refer to value (not to confuse with "demérito"), but please correct me if I am mistaken.
