Medical - Medical (general)
Spanish term or phrase: a título de 2%
This is in a hospital report of a patient with a history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia hospitalized for retiform purpura.

The report says: "Ante el hallazgo de crioglobulinas a título de 2% y crioaglutininas se decidió iniciar tratamiento esteroideo, a la vez que se tomaron medidas físicas para evitar el enfriamiento."

I think that the term título usually has to do with titers, although I'm not sure of my biology in this case, and I'm used to seeing titers written as a ratio (1:20, 1:50 etc.).

How should I translate "a título de 2%" here?

Thank you for your help.

Thank you, Antonio Tomás. This report still could be talking about the cryocrit; however, since they don't mention the Spanish word "criocrito" I decided to translate it in a way similar to the source.
