In the event of line manager absence, an alternate approver must be selected by existing line manager or T&E system administrator. The delegate must be the same zone/grade or higher than the current line manager and in the same function (any exceptions must be approved by the CFO).
- For GMs and site team management the site CFO can approve on their behalf (any exception processes such as circular approval arrangements must also be approved by the CFO).
