disjuncts

Linguistics
Some elements are not part of the thematic structure of the text because they are not part of the propositional meaning of the message. These include special linking devices such as "however", "nevertheless" etc... They also include items which express the attitude of the speaker, such as "unfortunately", "in my opinion" etc... (these are called DISJUNCTS)...

Ciao Danila.Lo riporta il Ragazzini proprio con l'indicazione "Ling."./Il dizionario è sufficiente./Inoltre,"disjuncts" non è riferito al primo tipo di elementi, ma all'ultimo citato prima della parentesi:"items which express the attitude of the speaker".

Discussion
In linguistics, a disjunct is a type of adverbial adjunct that expresses information that is not considered essential to the sentence it appears in, but which is considered to be the speaker's or writer's attitude towards, or descriptive statement of, the propositional content of the sentence, "expressing, for example, the speaker's degree of truthfulness or his manner of speaking."[1]
