Explanation:
I'm rather guessing here but 'Speigelung' doesn't look like a German word. I'd read that as 'Spiegelung'. Processes and/or data are mirrored. Some of the equipment in a computer cluster or mainframe computer is used for 'redundancies' so that, if one element should fail, work can continue and no data are lost. I *suppose* this is what we're dealing with here.
