French term

situation de concours

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) General Ts & Cs
Client."

Writeaway I have a feeling I've mistranslated this many times for that very reason!
Conor McAuley (asker) Jun 26, 2013:
Maybe a good spot writeaway, as I should have mentioned that the document is in Belgian French and is peculiar in some ways.
writeaway Jun 26, 2013:
Is your document Swiss? In any case, I seem to be getting confused with German, where it means bankruptcy
Conor McAuley (asker) Jun 26, 2013:
"situations involving equal rights held by the creditors thereof"?
Conor McAuley (asker) Jun 26, 2013:
Yes, but the evidence for any one answer is not conclusive.
writeaway Jun 26, 2013:
have you checked the glossary?? it should be there in this context.
