Il me semble que dans votre texte il manque une virgule après "creating the charge". "Prohibition/restriction" a l'air de s'appliquer à "power of the company". J'ai trouvé votre texte en ligne, qui est tel que vous l'avez reproduit, seulement si vous vous référez à l'article 184 (f) dans le lien ci-joint, je trouve que cela fait davantage sens ainsi.
