I don't see how you could do it with an insurance contract, but I see the meaning of the clause in general.
I someone agrees to be the exclusive distributor of a product "X", and then gains access to the list of potential clients for that kind of products, he shouldn't use this clients' list to sign them directly (new contracts obtained "by violation of the Terms & Conditions" he agreed to - not to misuse/abuse confidential information for own gain), or end the contracts he signed as agent/distributor and then sell directly without paying commissions. (to substitute contracts).

Not sure what the phrase means. I've tentatively said: "an amount equivalent to the gross income generated by any contract fraudently acquired or any fraudulent replacement of the present contract".
