Portuguese term or phrase: multimateriais
I am translating a Brazilian college transcript for a client who majored in sculpture at an art school and took a course entitled "Multimateriais". Any idea what this would be in English? "Mixed media" perhaps? I haven't found anything convincing online. By the way, it is definitely not "Multimedia" since my client also took a course entitled "Multimeios".

Explanation:
This was your own idea. I'm posting it as an option because I don't think anything better has been proposed. Since you ruled out "multimedia," I think it's the only possibility.

Asker: Thanks, but I think that "multiple materials" is more of a description than a technical term.

Asker: Thanks. Both sites you referenced are for schools in New Zealand. I've never heard this term in the US and I didn't find any convincing examples of its use on websites based in the US or the UK.
