Mesačnú vyúčtovaciu faktúru za súčet kladných platieb za odchýlku a k nemu prislúchajúcu DPH vystaví Zúčtovateľ odchýlok na základe mesačného vyhodnotenia podľa kapitoly 2.8.4 ods.1 pre Subjektu zúčtovania. Od celkovej hodnoty faktúry budú odpočítané zálohové platby prijaté na účet Zúčtovateľa odchýlok v mesiaci, ktorého sa vyúčtovanie týka. Vyúčtovaciu faktúru zašle Zúčtovateľ odchýlok emailom na emailovú adresu Subjektu zúčtovania uvedenú v zmluve. Subjekt zúčtovania uhradí vyúčtovaciu faktúru do 6 kalendárnych dní odo dňa jej doručenia emailom na účet Zúčtovateľa odchýlok.

This is frequently known as a reconcilliation bill, as it reconciles the difference between estimated and actual usage.

My problem with 'final bill' is that it seems the contract is finished and done with upon payment of this bill, i.e. there will be no further performance or invoices. Unless of course that is the intention.

Asker: Yes, I did get the impression that this is the final invoice for a longer period (in this case a month), in contrast with the "zálohové faktúry" which are issued for 10-day periods (for the first two "dekády" in each month, I think).
